Dear Mayor and Members of the Pismo Beach City Council, I am writing to express my strong support for transferring the Chapman Estate to the Chapman Estate Foundation.
The Chapman Estate is a special part of our community’s history and character. Placing it under the Foundation’s care would provide dedicated stewardship and help ensure that this beautiful property is thoughtfully preserved, maintained, and enjoyed for generations to come.
I appreciate the time and effort that have gone into reaching this important milestone. I respectfully ask the City Council to approve the ownership transfer at its September 15 meeting.
Unfortunately, I have a prior commitment and cannot attend the meeting in person, but I wanted my support to be included in the public record.
