Dear Pismo Beach City Council,
I am in full support of transferring the Chapman Estate to the Chapman Estate Foundation to be preserved for community use and enjoyment. My friends and I have really enjoyed the Friday night live music/ open garden events they have been putting on there, for such a fair price that more people, including elderly on limited incomes, can come enjoy the beautiful setting! They have been doing a great job!!!! Thank you for involving them in making the estate accessible to the public in such a nice, affordable way. I bought their season pass, I enjoyed it so much!
