On Motion by Member Killings, seconded by Member Lopez to adopt and carried by the following vote:

1. Adoption of a City Council Resolution Renewing and Continuing the Local Emergency Regarding Storms
Bruce Ohlson, Pittsburg, stated there is another atmospheric river forecast later this week.
On Motion by Member Killings, seconded by Member Lopez to adopt and carried by the following vote:
