Mayor Scales-Preston called the special meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Chamber at City Hall, 65 Civic Avenue Pittsburg, CA.

All Members were present.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Chief Albanese led the Pledge of Allegiance.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
There were no public comments for items not on the agenda.
PUBLIC HEARING
1. Adoption of a City Council Resolution Approving the 2023-2031 Housing Element
Mayor Scales-Preston opened the Public Hearing. There being no one to speak to the item, Mayor Scales-Preston closed the Public Hearing.
On Motion by Member Adams, seconded by Vice-Mayor Banales and adopted unanimously.
