CALL TO ORDER
Chair Killings called the Special meeting of the Public Financing Authority of the Pittsburg Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District (EIFD) to order at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 65 Civic Avenue, Pittsburg, CA 94565.

All members were present.

Chair Killings led the pledge.

There were no public comments.
PRESENTATION
1. Draft Infrastructure Financing Plan for the Pittsburg Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District
Board Member Banales recused himself due to a Financial conflict of interest.
Employer is subject to one or more parcels included in the plan.
ADJOURNMENT
The Public Financing Authority of the EIFD adjourned at 6:36 P.M.
