CALL TO ORDER
Chair Killings called the Special meeting of the Public Financing Authority of the Pittsburg Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District (EIFD) to order at 6:02 P.M. in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 65 Civic Avenue, Pittsburg, CA 94565.
ROLL CALL
All members were present.

Chair Killings led the pledge of Allegiance
CITY MANAGER REPORTS/REMARKS
There were no reports or remarks from City Manager.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
There were no public comments.
PUBLIC HEARING
1. First Public Hearing of the Pittsburg Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District Public Financing Authority to Hear Written and Oral Comments and Take Action to Modify or Reject Infrastructure Financing Plan, or Otherwise Proceed with EIFD Formation Proceedings
Board Member Banales recused himself from the meeting at 6:04 P.M. due to a Financial conflict of interest. His employer is subject to one or more parcels included in the Infrastructure Financing plan.
Public Financing Authority EIFD Minutes 1 of 2 March 03, 2025 Chair Killings opened the Public Hearing. There being no one to speak on the item, Chair Killings closed the Public Hearing.
Board Members suggested having more Community meetings, to allow for as much public input as possible prior to taking action on the Infrastructure Financing Plan.
