RESOLUTION NO. R-2022-61
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLACENTIA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE
SECTION 115 TRUST POLICY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
2022-23
A. Recitals
(i) The City Council approved the establishment of a Section 115 Trust on October 20, 2020 and directed staff to return with a policy for funding the Section 115 Trust.
(ii) The Finance Director of the City of Placentia has prepared for approval the attached Section 115 Trust Policy for Fiscal Year 2022-23. (iii)AII legal prerequisites to the adoption of this Resolution have occurred.
B. Resolution
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Placentia hereby finds, determines and resolves as follows:
1. The attached Section 115 Trust Policy for the City of Placentia hereby is adopted for the Fiscal Year 2022-23.
2. The Mayor shall sign this resolution, and the City Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption thereof.
