The cameras will record on the new server that will be installed in the IDF rack along with the new switch. The workstation will connect to customer provided monitors (up to 4).
The interior cameras will provide a general view of the areas identified above. The (4) cameras to be installed for the Records Department and Engineering window will provide a general view of the areas and the customers at the window. If there is a threat from a person, the employee will press the panic button and the audio will start to record, video will pop up on the monitor and the incident book marked in the system. Once the panic button has been reset, the audio will no longer be recorded until another panic situation occurs.
The exterior cameras will cover the back PD parking lot and the City Hall courtyard. Two cameras will be dedicated to view the entrance and exit of the PD parking lot. The (2) multi -sensor cameras mounted on the wall and pole provide additional general coverage of the PD parking lot.
The new roof PTZ camera will be parapet mounted and will provide various views which will include, but are not limited to: courtyard, part of the parking area, in front of library, etc. Unlike the other exterior cameras, control of this camera can be done by an operator for the pan -tilt -zoom to move the camera to the desired view when utilizing the keyboard controller.
New conduit pathway from the new roof camera to the penetration into the building will be provided by ASSI per information from customer for the required cable.
Cameras will be focused with Department personnel to achieve the best field of view for the area being monitored.

1. Existing (12) Avigilon licenses will be upgraded to the latest version.
2. Camera mounted on the pole will be wireless. Assumes that the power can be stepped down to 120V and that the pole is available to utilize for the installation. A credit may be given if the camera cannot be utilized .
3. Network drop in Watch Commanders office will be required for the workstation install .
4. Customer to provided monitors for viewing of the video.
5. Work to be performed during regular business hours.
6. Customer will allow ASSI Security to utilize their lift when necessary for the camera install .
7. Pricing is valid for 45 days, if the project is not funded within that time frame, a price increase maybe incurred in the form of change order if the manufacturer increase their price due to supply chain issues. $167,595.00

1. Pricing is based upon the assumption that all work will be performed during ASSI's normal business hours. If after hours work is requested, an additional charge will be incurred.
2. ASSI carries the following insurance coverage:
• General Liability: $1 mil. per occurrence;
• $2 mil. gen. aggregate;
• W/C: $1 mil. per occurrence
• $5 mil. excess umbrella
• Auto: $2 mil. combined single limit
• Customer shall pay premiums for any additional coverage required.
3. All materials and labor are subject to a preliminary notice and subsequent filing of mechanic's lien in the event of payment default. Customer must provide preliminary information prior to commencement of work.
4. All canceled orders and/or returned materials are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
5. A deposit is due upon acceptance of proposal. Balance will be due in progressive net 30 day payments thereafter. Deposit amount is based upon a percentage of the project total. Percentage is determined based upon thesize of the project (i.e. Proposals and change orders under $10k each require a 50% deposit; Those between $10,001-50,000 require a 35% deposit; and proposals in excess of $50,000 require a 25% deposit).
6. All new equipment is covered under warranty against defects for a period of one year from date of substantial completion of ASSI's work. Associated labor is also covered during normal business hours.
