TTS Engineering is requesting to withdraw the bid for the Placentia Public Safety Center Phase 1 — Project 5213, in accordance with California Public Contract Code section 5103. Due to mathematical errors related to demolition and underground limits, our unit counts were wrong, causing a error in the lump sum cost.
