- Describe Equipment: The City of Placentia has agreed to proposal submitted on 10/5/22 for the sales, installation, service of cameras at the Pedestrian Bridge. The charges will be applied to the City of Placentia cost center:

10 CV Cameras installed at:
- 6 cameras 1 per level in each tower
- 2 locations are existing/replacement, 4 are new locations - 2 cameras, 1 in each elevator with vandal resistant cover - 2 cameras, replace on bridge
- 3 Voice Down locations (each tower plus bridge
Services provided as defined in 1-1-23 contract:
Managed Hosting
- across all 10 cameras
Central Station Monitoring
- across all 10 cameras
One Time Charge: $13,290
Monthly Recurring Charges:
- Managed Hosting - $700/mo ($70/camera/mo)
- Monitoring - $65/mo/camera for 0 - 100 clips/camera
- $100/mo/camera for up to 250 clips/camera
- $150/mo/camera for up to 500 clips/camera

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT, SYSTEMS AND SERVICE DISCLAIMER NOTICE The undersigned acknowledges that a representative of PERIMETER PROTECTION AND SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS, INC. (hereinafter referred to as "PERIMETER" or "ALARM COMPANY") has explained additional equipment, systems and protection that may be available from PERIMETER, for additional charges, and the undersigned has had sufficient opportunity to consider the additional services that may be available, and has decided not to request or contract for such additional equipment, systems or protection. The additional equipment, systems and protection discussed included but was not limited to the following:
• hardwire systems, wireless systems
• additional contacts
• motion detectors
• audio surveillance
• video surveillance
• guard response
• stationary guards
• data storage and retrieval
• access control
• fire, smoke, carbon monoxide, water, heat, temperature • roof, attic walls, exterior
• independent secondary systems
• video monitoring
• cellular/radio backup
• latest technology
• dedicated telephone line communication
• UL, ETL or other nationally
• recognized testing lab
• approved installation
• UL, ETL or other nationally recognized testing lab
• approved monitoring
• sprinkler / fire alarm
• electrical surge protection
The undersigned acknowledges that:
• Not all of the above services are available or offered by PERIMETER but the services and equipment were brought to the undersigned's attention and the undersigned declined such services or the opportunity to obtain the services from other security companies.
• That PERIMETER explained the difference between VOIP and standard telephone line service and that PERIMETER recommends use of standard telephone line service and communication since VOIP [voice over internet service] may be less reliable service. The undersigned acknowledges that if VOIP is used it is at the undersigned's sole risk. Some telephone service depends on electrical service and PERIMETER is not responsible for such service. • That PERIMETER is not responsible for the security or privacy of any wireless network system or router and that wireless systems can be accessed by others and it is the Subscriber's responsibility to secure access to the system with pass codes and lock outs.
• That PERIMETER has advised undersigned of any permits required for the alarm system and monitoring, and undersigned acknowledges that it is undersigned's responsibility to obtain and maintain all required permits and pay any false alarm or other fines related to the alarm systems or service. • That smoke detectors and other battery-operated devices must be checked monthly and batteries replaced at least annually and that the undersigned is responsible to check and replace batteries. • That PERIMETER has explained all components, operation and use of the alarm system to the undersigned's satisfaction, and
• That if audio or video devices are installed, subscriber has been advised to independently ascertain that the audio or video devices are used lawfully. PERIMETER has made no representations and has provided no advice regarding the use of audio or video devices.
