Should the scope of work change, or circumstances develop which necessitate special handling, CSG will notify the City prior to proceeding. CSG will mail an invoice at the beginning of every month for services rendered during the previous month. On each anniversary of the contract start date, CSG will initiate a rate increase based on change in CPI for the applicable region.
