CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Pro Tem Kirwin called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m.

CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Initiation of litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9 2 cases)
CLOSED SESSION REPORT:
Assistant City Attorney/Authority Counsel Porter stated that on a 3-0-2 vote (Wanke and Yamaguchi absent), the Council authorized the initiation of litigation in two (2) separate matters.
ADJOURNMENT:
The City Council adjourned at 7:32 p.m. to an adjourned Regular Meeting on Tuesday, July 31, 2024 at 7:30 p.m.
