CALL TO ORDER - Mayor Wanke called the meeting to order at 10:03 a.m.

City Attorney Bettenhausen reported a motion by Wanke, seconded by Hummer, and carried a 4-0-1 vote, to authorize the filing of a complaint against SiFi Placentia LLC and other related parties, Smith absent.

The Placentia Fire Department provided a hands-on demonstration to the City Council.
