TUESDAY, JANUARY 25, 2022
3:00 P.M. OPEN SESSION

PUBLIC ADVISORY: THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS WILL NOT BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC Consistent with Executive Orders No. N-25-20 and No. N-29-20 from the Executive Department of the State of California, the City Council Chamber will not be physically open to the public and City Council Members will be teleconferencing into the meeting via Zoom Video Communications. 3:00 P.M. OPEN SESSION
Some of the formal proceedings may be waived.

The Mayor called the meeting to order at 3:02 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: Present: Borelli, Neau, Saragosa, Taylor, Thomas
3. ANNOUNCEMENTS/PRESENTATIONS TO THE PUBLIC
No announcements were made to the public.
4. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
It was moved by Councilmember Borelli and seconded by Councilmember Thomas that the City Council adopt the agenda as presented. The motion was passed by the following roll-call vote:
AYES: Borelli, Neau, Saragosa, Taylor, Thomas
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None

5.1 Review and Make Recommendations/Changes to Draft Strategic Plan (Mr. Morris)
The City Manager presented the report and responded to Council questions. After review of the draft plan, public comment was received from Kathi Lishman. Staff agreed to make further corrections and clarifications to the document and bring back to the Council for consideration.
6. ADJOURNMENT @ 4:06 p.m.
The next regularly scheduled Council meeting will be held today, January 25, 2022, 4:00 P.M. Closed Session, 5:00 P.M. Regular Meeting.
