Having a water treatment plant that functions requires maintenance. The report makes clear that this work is overdue, don't wait any longer. Get it done now.

There was some much-neded brush cutting done on lower Main 3 or more weeks ago. But, it has been left to dry out and become ever more flammable since then. The job needs to be finished and the piled and dried-out vegetation cleaned up.

ersonally, I think this is a poor use of City money In addition, Measures H & L arı listed as possible funding surces to pay for this project. I doubt this would be a legal use of these funds as Measure H & L clearly state they are for repair and maintenance of city water, sewer, and road infrastructure ONLY.
12.2 Masticator & Brush Mower
These machines would allow the city greater flexibility to accomplish vegetation management work. Do we have city personnel who are both available and trained to operate them safely?
12.3 Hilltop Tree Service
Hilltop Tree Service does excellent work. The city definitely has trees that will be more complex than just taking a chainsaw to the base of the trunk. Hilltop should be able to handle the complexity of work neded in our city.
12.4 Affordable Housing
