SPECIAL MEETING

**Pursuant to Government Code Section 54953(b), Vice-Mayor Nicole Gotberg participated by teleconference from: 3415 Stadium Pl, San Diego, CA 92122**
1. CALL TO ORDER & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 4:01 p.m. and The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited.
2. ROLL CALL: Present: Carter, Clerici, Neau, Yarbrough Via teleconference: Gotberg
3. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
It was moved by Councilmember Neau that the City Council adopt the agenda as presented. The motion was seconded by Councilmember Yarbrough and passed unanimously.
4. DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS
4.1 Fiscal Year 2025/2026 Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program Budget Review and Discussion
Public comment was received from Sue Rodman and Michael Potter.
This Budget Workshop was for informational purposes only. No action was taken on any items. Additional budgetary information was presented during the meeting.
5. CLOSED SESSION
Item 1: Conference with Labor Negotiators
Patrick Clark, Cleve Morris, Dave Warren

All Council members were present. No public comment was received in advance of Closed Session. The City Council provided direction to staff.

The next regularly scheduled City Council meeting will be held on May 27, 2025, 4:30 P.M. Closed Session, 5:00 P.M. Regular Meeting.
