1. CALL TO ORDER & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited.
2. ROLL CALL: Present: Carter, Clerici, Gotberg, Neau, Yarbrough
3. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
It was moved by Councilmember Clerici that the City Council adopt the agenda as presented. The motion was seconded by Vice-Mayor Neau and passed by the following vote:
AYES: Carter, Clerici, Gotberg, Neau, Yarbrough
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
4. DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS
4.1 Water and Wastewater Rate Workshop
The City Manager, Director of Public Works, City Engineer, Interim Director of Finance, Water Reclamation Facility Chief Plant Operator, and Michael DeGroot, Vice President from Bartle Wells Associates presented the item. Public comment was received from Kathi Lishman, Sue Rodman, and others.
5. ADJOURNMENT @ 8:13 p.m.
The next regularly scheduled City Council meeting will be held on January 27, 2026, at 4:30 P.M. Closed Session, 5:00 P.M. Regular Meeting.
