1. CALL TO ORDER & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited.
2. ROLL CALL: Present: Carter, Clerici, Gotberg, Neau
Absent: Yarbrough
3. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
It was moved by Councilmember Clerici that the City Council adopt the agenda as presented. The motion was seconded by Vice-Mayor Neau and passed by the following vote:
AYES: Carter, Clerici, Gotberg, Neau
NOES: None
ABSENT: Yarbrough
ABSTAIN: None
4. DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS
4.1 South Placerville Fuel Break Presentation by Cal Fire and the El Dorado Resource Conservation District
Jeff Hoag, Assistant Chief, Bryan Pooley, Battalion Chief, and Laura Spellman, Research Data Specialist, from Cal Fire, and Mark Egbert, District Manager, from the El Dorado Resource Conservation District, gave the presentation. Public comment was received from Sue Rodman, David Zelinski, and others.
5. ADJOURNMENT @ 7:16 p.m.
The next regularly scheduled City Council meeting will be held on February 10, 2026, at 4:30 P.M. Closed Session, 5:00 P.M. Regular Meeting.
