1. CALL TO ORDER & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m. and The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited.
2. ROLL CALL: Present: Carter, Clerici, Gotberg, Neau, Yarbrough
3. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
It was moved by Councilmember Carter and seconded by Councilmember Clerici that the City Council adopt the agenda as presented. The motion was passed by the following voice vote:
AYES: Carter, Clerici, Gotberg, Neau, Yarbrough
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
4. DISCUSSION ITEMS
4.1 Fiscal Year 2026/2027 Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program Budget Review and Discussion
Public comment was received from Mike Potter, Deidre Moore Belfiore, Sue Rodman, and Tony Windle. This Budget Workshop was for informational purposes only. No action was taken on any item at this Workshop.
Additional budgetary information was presented during the meeting.
5. ADJOURNMENT @ 6:49 p.m.
The next regularly scheduled City Council meeting will be held on May 12, 2026, 4:30 P.M. Closed Session, 5:00 P.M. Regular Meeting.
