1. CALL TO ORDER & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: Present: Carter, Gotberg, Neau, Yarbrough
Absent: Clerici
3. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
It was moved by Councilmember Carter and seconded by Councilmember Yarbrough that the City Council adopt the agenda as presented. The motion passed unanimously.
4. DISCUSSION /ACTION ITEMS
4.1 Fiscal Year 2026/2027 Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program Budget Review and Discussion
Public comment was received from Michael Potter. This Budget Workshop was for informational purposes only. No action was taken on any item at this Workshop.
CLOSED SESSION
No public comment was received. The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at approximately 5:56 p.m.
4.2 Labor Negotiations Meeting with Patrick Clark, Joe Wren, Natalie Tornincasa Pursuant to Government Code § 54957.6
Bargaining Units: Placerville Police Officer’s Association and Local 39 No reportable action was taken in Closed Session.
