Dear Ms. Zimmennan:
On July t6, 1989, the Zoning .Administrator approved Conditional Use Application No. 517-89 for a Montessori School to be located at 490 Golf Club Road with the following findings and conditions:
Findings:
1. 'lbe use is appropriate to the lot, location, and the neighborhood as access and parking are sufficient to meet their needs, it is isolated from other uses, and it complements the neuro-care rehabilitation center operation.
2. 'lbe use is innocuous as there shouid be no noise problem.
Conditions:
1. The maximum enrollment shall be for 90 children, ages 2-6 years.
2. The operation shall be between 7 a. m. and 6 .p. m. , Monday through Friday.
3. All sign shall be reviewed by the Architectural Review Commission.
4. The applicant shall comply with all requirements of the Building Deparbnent.
5. The fencing plan for the backyard play area shall be returned to Staff for review.
An appeal of the decision or conditions of the Zoning .Administrator must be filed with the City within ten days of the date of the action.
