There is an opportunity for the public to comment on other agenda items at the time they are discussed.

Send written comments to [email protected] (comments received by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting will be provided to the City Council before the meeting). 3) If You Wish to Make a Public Comment During the Meeting When the Mayor invites the public for general comment or comments on specific agenda items, please use the "Raise hand" feature in Zoom (or press *9 if connecting via telephone only) which will alert staff that you wish to speak, and you will be invited to speak when it is your turn. Note that there may be multiple hearing items on the same agenda. There are two ways to join the meeting and make a public comment during the meeting:

a. Go to www.Zoom.us using your computer and entering the Meeting ID and Passcode provided near the top of this page. You will be placed into the meeting as an Attendee. You will not be seen or heard until it is your turn to speak.

City Council Meeting Recordings and Broadcasts.
Recorded City Council meetings are broadcast on Comcast Channel 28, Wave Channel 1029, and AT&T UVerse Channel 99 on the Wednesday following the meeting. Video recordings are generally available within 48 hours of the meeting, and may be viewed on the City’s website at www.pleasanthillca.org/MeetingVideos and selecting “City Council” from the meeting groups.

9.1 Adopt Resolution No. ___ -22 Approving, Authorizing, and Directing Execution of: (1) Affordable Housing Regulatory Agreement Between the City of Pleasant Hill and The Post Preservation LP (the “Developer”) to Preserve 50% of the Units at The Post Apartments (1460 Contra Costa Blvd; APN 127-050-070-3) (the “Project”) for Low-Income Households Earning 80% or Less of Area Median Income for a Period of 10 Years; (2) Loan to the Developer in the Amount of $10,000 to Facilitate Acquisition of the Project Exempt Pursuant to Sections 15060(C), 15061(B)(2) and (3), 15273, 15378 and Public Resources Code Section 21065.
