RESOLUTION NO. -22
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL
AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES FOR WITHDRAWAL OF CITY FUNDS AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 77-21
WHEREAS, it is desirable that a minimum of five individuals be authorized to draw or sign City checks for payment of City funds for the orderly administration of City business; and WHEREAS, the current Finance Manager officially began employment on January 24, 2022 requiring the authorization list to be updated; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill that, the following five individuals are authorized effective January 24, 2022 to draw or sign City checks upon City funds for payment of legal demands against the City and execute signature cards at the local depository:
1. Michael G. Harris, OD, Mayor
2. Timothy Flaherty, Vice Mayor
3. Andrew Kalinowski, City Treasurer
4. June W. Catalano, City Manager
5. Erick Cheung, Finance Manager
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 77-21 is hereby rescinded.

th day of June, 2022, by the following vote:
