Please accept the Side Letter Agreement between the County of Contra Costa and the City of Pleasant Hill that clarifies Section 13.d of the new County-City Animal Services Agreement that is being considered by your City Council.
If your City Council votes to accept the new service agreement, I will include this Side Letter in your agreement for Animal Services for the City of Pleasant Hill.
