ANNUAL UPDATE OF MASTER FEE SCHEDULE
CITYWIDE, CITY OF PLEASANT HILL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENbytheCityofPleasant Hill that the City Council will conduct a publichearingtoconsiderapprovinganannual consumer price index (CPI) increase and otherrevisionsandclarificationsforCityservicefeessetforthintheCity’sFiscalYear2022- 2023 Master Fee Schedule. The proposed CPI
increasethisfiscalyearis5.2percent.OnMay
20, 2003 City Council Resolution #51-03 was
adoptedtoadjusttheCity’sMasterFeeScheduleand toallow feesto increaseannually, for each succeeding July 1st, by the annual percentage difference in the CPI as of March 1st forallurbanconsumersfortheSanFranciscoOakland-San Jose metropolitan area. By law, user feesmaynotexceedthereasonablecost
ofserviceforwhichtheyarecollected.
Please note that due to the Contra Costa
Health Services and State of California Shelter in Place Orders, options for observing the City Council meeting and for submitting communication regarding the meetings have changed. The City Council may attend the
meeting in person or participate remotely via
teleconferencing.
THE PUBLIC HEARING will be held by the City
Councilwitha starttimeof7:00 P.M. on June
27, 2022. Interested persons will be heard at
thistime.
Please check the City’s website or posted
agenda for information regarding whether
the hearing will be held via teleconference or
at City Hall at 100 Gregory Lane, Pleasant Hill,
California and for information on how to participate, including providing live comments during the meeting.

others, you may be limited to raising only
those issues you or someone else has raised
at the Public Hearing described in this notice
