RESOLUTION NO. _ -22
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL
APPROVING THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL INVESTMENT POLICY RETROACTIVE TO JULY 1, 2022 AND DELEGATING INVESTMENT AUTHORITY TO THE CITY
TREASURER
WHEREAS, California state law requires the City Treasurer to render a statement of Investment Policy annually to the City Council at a public meeting; and WHEREAS, California state law requires the City Council to annually delegate investment authority to the City Treasurer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill, approves the City of Pleasant Hill Investment Policy (attached) retroactive to July 1, 2022, and delegates investment authority to the elected City Treasurer of the City of Pleasant Hill for the fiscal year July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.
