RESOLUTION NO. - 22
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH APPLIED VIDEO SOLUTIONS, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF THE
OPENPATH ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM AT THE PLEASANT HILL POLICE
DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City desires to replace its existing access control and intrusion detection system at the Pleasant Hill Police Department; and
WHEREAS, the City has selected the OpenPath Access Control System as result of a rigorous and competitive selection process; and
WHEREAS, the City has selected Applied Video Solutions, Inc. as the value added reseller to procure and install the OpenPath Access Control System.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill that the City Manager is authorized to execute an agreement (Exhibit 1) with Applied Video Solutions, Inc. for the purchase and installation of the OpenPath Access Control System for an amount not to exceed $47,034 with recurring costs for licensing at $4,536 annually.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill at a regular meeting of the Council held on the 11th day of July, 2022, by the following vote:
