Background
TRANSPAC was formed in 1986 to provide the cities of Central Contra Costa County a forum to discuss mutual planning and transportation issues. TRANSPAC meets monthly to discuss transportation-related issues. A Councilmember and a Planning Commissioner represent each jurisdiction. The Chair to the CCTA then submits the actions.
