RESOLUTION NO. __-22
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL
DESIGNATING COUNCILMEMBER KEN CARLSON AS A VOTING DELEGATE AT
THE LEAGUE OF CALIFORNIA CITIES ANNUAL CONFERENCE FROM
SEPTEMBER 7-9, 2022 IN LONG BEACH, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the League of California Cities Annual Conference will be held September 7-9, 2022, in Long Beach, California; and
WHEREAS, in order to vote at the Annual Business Meeting scheduled for September 9, 2022, the City Council must designate a voting delegate; and
WHEREAS, Councilmember Ken Carlson has indicated that he will be attending the conference; and
WHEREAS, in the event the designated voting delegate is unable to serve in that capacity, the City Council may appoint up to two alternate voting delegates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill that Councilmember Ken Carlson is designated as the voting delegate at the 2022 Annual League of California Cities Conference being held September 7-9, 2022.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill at a regular meeting of the Council held on the 1st day of August, 2022, by the following vote:
