RESOLUTION NO. - 22
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH SUNNY NEON, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE AND REPLACEMENT OF LED PANELS FOR THE
LED SIGN AT CITY HALL
WHEREAS, the City desires to have a functioning LED sign at City Hall that displays clean, uniform images; and
WHEREAS, the LED panels in the LED sign at City Hall has begun to fail and requires replacement; and
WHEREAS, the City has selected Sunny Neon, Inc., the original installers of the LED sign to procure and replace the display panels.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill that the City Manager is authorized to execute an agreement (Exhibit 1) with Sunny Neon, Inc. for the purchase and replacement of LED panels for the LED sign at City Hall for an amount not to exceed $38,985.
