RESOLUTION NO. - 22
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH SABLE COMPUTER, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COHESITY
BACKUP AND DATA PROTECTION SOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City’s current backup and recovery solution is now seven years old, near capacity; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to replace the existing backup and recovery solution with one that offers greater capacity and the latest features; and WHEREAS, the Cohesity Backup and Data Protection Solution is a leader in the industry; and
WHEREAS, Sable Computers, Inc. (DBA: KIS) is a reseller of the Cohesity Backup and Data Protection Solution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill that the City Manager is authorized to execute an agreement (Exhibit 1) with Sable Computer, Inc. for the purchase and implementation of the Cohesity Backup and Data Protection Solution for a price not to exceed $49,989.42.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill at a regular meeting of the Council held on the 12th day of September, 2022, by the following vote:
