The Seller agreed to transfer the Property to the Purchaser in order to develop four single-family units of affordable housing, after certain conditions are met.

To date, the Purchaser has:

 secured a Habitat Board resolution that commits to providing backstop funding Exhibit C to the DDA includes a Schedule of Performance that identifies a Project Entitlements deadline of March 31, 2022 and an Other Funding Commitments Deadline of December 31, 2022.

Section 5.4 of the DDA permits the City Manager to modify a time or date for performance of a particular task by 180 days at their reasonable discretion. The Seller and Purchaser signed a letter dated March 7, 2022 to extend the Project Entitlements and Other Funding Commitments deadlines by 180 days, or to September 27, 2022 and June 29, 2023, respectively. Due to delays in the development entitlement process, the Seller and Purchaser desire to further extend certain deadlines set forth in the Schedule of Performance.
