Hello,
This letter is to inform you that we would like to appeal the planning commissions decision in regards to the accessory structure (PLN 21-0497).
As you all are aware, a certificate of compliance application was provided to the engineering department on 2/1/2022. 1 have requested status updates on the pending application multiple times and I have not received any information. Our surveyor who prepared all necessary documents has contacted the city multiple times, he too has not received any information.
We would appreciate a decision be made in regards to the certificate of compliance prior to the city council hearing.
Please direct me to the proper department to issue payment.
