The meeting will be held via teleconference as allowed pursuant to City Council resolution. Options for observing the meeting and participating in public comment are provided below.
Public Communication. The public is welcome to address the City Council and Planning Commission on items on the special meeting agenda.

Send written comments to [email protected] (comments received by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting will be provided to the City Council before the meeting).
3) If You Wish to Make a Public Comment During the Meeting When the Mayor invites the public for comments on agenda items, please use the "Raise hand" feature in Zoom (or press *9 if connecting via telephone only) which will alert staff that you wish to speak, and you will be invited to speak when it is your turn. There are two ways to join the meeting and make a public comment during the meeting:
a. Go to www.Zoom.us using your computer and entering the Meeting ID and Passcode provided near the top of this page. You will be placed into the meeting as an Attendee. You will not be seen or heard until it is your turn to speak.
b. Or by calling (669) 900-6833 and enter the Meeting ID and Passcode. Dial *9 to virtually “Raise Hand” in Zoom
We ask that you state your name and city of residence for the record when you start your comments.
When you are making a Public Comment during the meeting, please:
1) Try to be in a room or space without a lot of background noise. 2) Mute your microphone until it is your turn to speak, then mute your speakers while speaking. 3) Have a strong, reliable internet connection or cell phone signal.

Recorded City Council meetings are broadcast on Comcast Channel 28, Wave Channel 1029, and AT&T UVerse Channel 99 on the Wednesday following the meeting. Video recordings are generally available within 48 hours of the meeting, and may be viewed on the City’s website at www.pleasanthillca.org/MeetingVideos and selecting “City Council” from the meeting groups.

Planning Commission meetings are also recorded and broadcast on Comcast Channel 28, U-Verse Channel 99, and Wave Channel 29 on the Thursday and Saturday following the Tuesday meeting at 7:00 p.m. In addition, meetings also may be viewed on the City’s website at www.pleasanthillca.org by clicking “Watch Meetings.”
Agendas are Available for Review on the City Hall official noticing bulletin board (100 Gregory Lane), at the Pleasant Hill Police Department (330 Civic Drive), the Pleasant Hill Senior Center (233 Gregory Lane), and on the City’s website at www.pleasanthillca.org/agendas. Agenda packets will be available to the public on the City’s website at the same time as they are made available to the City Council and Planning Commission.
