RESOLUTION NO. - 23
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH
WILLDAN FINANCIAL SERVICES TO CONDUCT A COMPREHENSIVE USER FEE STUDY
WHEREAS, the City wants to update the user fees and cost allocation plan; and WHEREAS, the City may use this plan to update the Master Fee Schedule for cost recovery; and
WHEREAS, the City has selected Willdan Financial Services through a competitive selection process;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill that the City Manager is authorized to execute an agreement with Willdan Financial Services (Exhibit 1) to conduct a user fee study and cost allocation plan for the amount of $35,395.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill at a regular meeting of the Council held on the 23rd day of January, 2023, by the following vote:
