Public Communication. The public may comment on any item on this agenda by:

Written comments received by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting will be provided to the City Council before the meeting. 2) Participate in the Public Comment portion of the meeting by calling 925-671-5275. Comments are limited to three minutes per speaker.
The City Council will accept, but not discuss comments. When it is your turn to speak, staff will invite you.
3) Participating in person during the public comment period.
