Thank you for your interest in sponsoring Pleasant Hill Rec & Park community special events. The following proposal outlines recommended sponsorship opportunities to expand your community outreach in 2023. In 2022, PH Rec & Park event participation numbers illustrated the tremendous increase demand for local in-person recreation activities. Now, more than ever, people of all ages want more opportunities to get outside and play! Together, we can continue to bring the community together for fun, family friendly events this year.

Sponsorship Opportunities
NEW! Family PJ Dance Party (February 3rd)
New Sponsorship: Dessert Bar $550
In-person potential Reach: 100 participants + parents
Sponsorship includes:
• Sponsor recognition signage on “Night Owl” Dessert bar, one of the most popular features of our Dance Party!
• Sponsor receives recognition with logo where applicable on all printed material including flyers, posters, banners and multi-channel digital promotions (website, email, social mediaFB & IG) Underwater Egg Hunt (April 1st)
Sponsorship: On Deck Games & Activities $550
In-person potential Reach: 100 participants + parents
Sponsorship includes:
• Sponsorship recognition signage on day of event around deck activity area that includes E. Bunny photo op, inflatables and water fun.
• “Sponsor Egg” with a special prize inside (e.g., free family swim pass). Egg will have sponsor logo on a sticker or special color (gold or silver) • Sponsor receives recognition with logo where applicable on all printed material including flyers, posters, banners and multi-channel digital promotions (website, email, social media-FB & IG)
• 4 free admissions

Egg “Citing” Egg Hunt (April 8th)
New Sponsorship: Bunny Zone $825
In-person reach: 825 participants + parents
Sponsorship includes:
• Sponsor recognition signage in Bunny Zone activity area that includes E. Bunny photo op and outdoor large-scale games (e.g. oversized Jenga, Connect 4, etc.) • A “Sponsor Egg” in each age category with a special prize inside. Egg will have sponsor logo on a sticker.
• Sponsor receives recognition with logo where applicable on all printed material including flyers, posters, banners and multi-channel digital promotions (website, email, social media-FB & IG)
• (Optional) 10’x10’ space to set up promotional booth (must supply own canopy & table). Recommend providing give-a-way like bunny ears or bunny glasses. • 4 free admissions
Aloha Family Luau (May 26)
Sponsorship: Dessert Paradise $550
In-person potential reach: 120 participants (may open to allow more participants) Sponsorship includes:
• Sponsor recognition signage on “Dessert Paradise” bar, one of the most popular features of the luau.
• Sponsor receives recognition with logo where applicable on all printed material including flyers, posters, banners and multi-channel digital promotions (website, email, social media-FB & IG)

Sunset Cinema Movie in the Park 1 (June 17) Note: Replacing Family Camp Out Sponsorship: Main Event Sponsor $550

Friday Night Blues & Brews Festival Kickoff Party 2022 (July 14 th)
Sponsorship: Kids Zone Sponsor (only two available) $3,300 In-person potential reach: 1,000+ participants
Sponsorship includes:
• Large Sponsorship banner displayed prominently above the Kidzone area to maximize visibility
• Sponsor receives recognition with logo where applicable on all printed material (flyers, posters, banners) and multi-channel digital promotions (website, email, social media—FB & IG)
• (Optional) 10’x10’ space to set up promotional booth in the Kidzone area (must supply own canopy & table). Sponsor encouraged to distribute kid-friendly promotional give-a-ways
12 th Annual Blues & Brews Festival Main Event 2022 (July 15) Sponsorship: Cooling Station Sponsor $1,650
In-person potential reach: 2,500+ participants
Sponsorship includes:
• Sponsorship banner displayed prominently above the Cooling Station to maximize visibility.
• Sponsor receives recognition with logo where applicable on all printed material (flyers, posters, banners) and multi-channel digital promotions (website, email, social media—FB, & Instagram)
• (Optional)10’x10’ space to set up booth in vendor area (Must supply own canopy & table). Sponsor encouraged to distribute promotional give-a-ways • 2 VIP access passes to Beer tent including a new “VIP Oasis Experience” Sunset Cinema Movie In The Park 2 (August 12)

Tinkers & Thinkers Innovation Fair (September 16)
Sponsorship: Main Event/Maker Box Sponsorship $1,650
In-person potential reach: 1,500+ participants
Sponsorship includes:
• Sponsor logo built into the design of custom maker boxes distributed to participants to build projects from home.
• Sponsor receives recognition with logo, where applicable, on all printed material (flyers, posters, banners) and multi-channel digital promotions (website, email, social media—FB,& IG)
Pumpkin Splash (October TBD)
Sponsorship: On Deck Games & Activities $550
In-person potential Reach: 100 participants + parents
Sponsorship includes:
• Sponsorship recognition signage on day of event around deck activity area that includes Mermaid photo op, inflatables and water fun.
• “Sponsor Pumpkin” with a special prize (e.g., free family swim pass) for person who finds it. Pumpkin will have sponsor logo on a sticker or special color (gold or silver)

• Sponsor goody bag distributed to all participants at the end of the trail. Bag will have sponsor logo sticker or mini flyer inside.
