SUBJECT: Measure K Oversight Committee Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2020/21 & 2021/22
The Pleasant Hill Transactions and Use Tax Ordinance (known as Measure K) was approved by voters of Pleasant Hill on November 8, 2016, and required that the City Council establish an oversight committee to review expenditures of the tax funds collected. The City Council established the Measure K Oversight Committee and its bylaws by adoption of Resolution No. 16-17 at its meeting of February 6, 2017. The bylaws require that the Committee provide to the City Council an annual report.
Attached is the memorandum from the Measure K Oversight Committee’s independent review and conclusion for the Fiscal Years 2020/21 and 2021/22.
