Below is the estimate for the fence repair and replacement: Option 1 and 2 Option 1: Modify fence from 6’ in height to 4’
• Remove top section of fence boards
• Cut excess length of existing posts
• Re-install fence framing
• Re-install fence boards
• Take down steel gate and modify steel framing to make it 4’ tall and re-install fence boards Total: $4,375
Option 2: Install new fence and salvage fence boards
• Demo existing fence and haul away debris. salvage fence boards • Did new post holes in new location and install new posts • Install new 2x4 fence framing
• Install fence boards
• Modify steel gate to 4’ tall and install fence boards Total: $7,850
