RESOLUTION NO. -23
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL
APPROVING SIDE LETTER OF AGREEMENT WITH THE MANAGEMENT PAY PLAN
GROUP TO ADD THE NEW CLASSIFICATION CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
AND ALIGN THE SALARY SCHEDULES OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
MANAGERS
WHEREAS, representatives of the City and the Management Pay Plan group (“MPP”) tentatively agreed to the Chief Human Resources Officer title and job description; and WHEREAS, representatives of the City and the Management Pay Plan group (“MPP”) tentatively align the salary schedules of all of the administrative services managers; and WHEREAS, enactment of the proposed side letter would provide a more accurate and modern nomenclature of the organizational structure and equity amongst the administrative services managers;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill that, the City Council does hereby approve and authorize the City Manager to sign Exhibit 1 Side Letter of Agreement – MPP, amending the compensation plan between the City of Pleasant Hill and MPP.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of May, 2023, by the following vote:
