Public Communication. The public is welcome to address the City Council on items on this special meeting agenda during the Public Comment period. Comments are generally limited to three minutes.
Public Participation Options
1) Watch the Meeting via Youtube Livestream at www.pleasanthillca.org/councilmeeting. 2) Submit Written Comments by 3 pm the Day of the Meeting to [email protected] (comments received by deadline will be provided to the City Council before the meeting). Please specify that the correspondence is for public comment at the Council meeting. 3) Make Public Comment During the Meeting
When the Mayor invites public comment, you may participate in one of the following three ways:
a. Via Zoom - Go to www.Zoom.us using your computer/smart device and enter the Meeting ID and Passcode provided near the top of this page. We ask that you state your name and city of residence for the record when you start your comments. Please use the "Raise hand" feature in Zoom. You will not be seen or heard until it is your turn to speak. You will be invited into the meeting and asked to speak when it is your turn.
b. Via Phone - Call (669) 900-6833 and enter the Zoom Meeting ID and Passcode. Press *9 to “raise your hand” to alert staff that you wish to speak.

Please fill out a speaker's card, available at the entry to the Council Chambers, and turn it in to the City Clerk Recorder.

4.1 Public Hearing and Adopt Resolution No.___-23, a Resolution of Findings and Certifying an Environmental Impact Report (SCH #2022070095) and Adopting Environmental Findings, a Statement of Overriding Considerations and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan, Adopt Resolution No.___-23 Adopting the City of Pleasant Hill 2040 General Plan, and Adopt Resolution No.___-23 Repealing the 2015-2023 City of Pleasant Hill Housing Element and Adopting the 2023-2031 City of Pleasant Hill Housing Element.
This item has been reviewed under the California Environmental Quality Act through the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report.
