Sublease Supplement for Fiscal Year 2023-24
SUBLEASE SUPPLEMENT No. 2
This Sublease Supplement No. 2 is dated July 1, 2023 and supplements the Sublease dated June 7, 2022 (the “Sublease”) between the City of Pleasant Hill, a municipal corporation of the State of California (the “City”), and the County of Contra Costa, a political subdivision of the State of California (the “County”).
Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms have the meanings given to such terms in the Sublease.
1. The number of Base Hours to be provided by the County in the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2023 for the Pleasant Hill Library is forty (40).
2. The number of Extra Hours to be provided in the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2023 is twelve (12).
3. The number of Actual Hours to be provided in the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2023 is fifty-two (52).
4. The City’s Obligation for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2023 is $220,153.
5. This Sublease Supplement No. 2 is effective in accordance with the terms of the Sublease.
