RESOLUTION NO. -23
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A TWO YEAR EXTENSION OF
THE AGREEMENT FOR INDEPENDENT AUDITING SERVICES WITH MACIAS GINI & O’CONNELL, LLP
WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract in August 2020 with Macias Gini & O’Connell, LLP for auditing services; and
WHEREAS, the contract term expired with the completion of auditing services for fiscal year 2021/2022; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to execute a new two-year contract for audit services for the fiscal years 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 given Macias Gini & O’Connell, LLP’s demonstrated ability.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill that the City Manager is authorized to execute an agreement in a form substantially similar to that attached for professional services with Macias Gini & O’Connell, LLP.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 26th day of June, 2023, by the following vote:
