RESOLUTION NO. ___ -23
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL
APPOINTING ETHAN BINDERNAGEL AS CITY MANAGER, APPROVING AN
EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT FOR CITY MANAGER SERVICES WITH ETHAN
BINDERNAGEL, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE EMPLOYMENT
AGREEMENT FOR CITY MANAGER SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Pleasant Hill desires to retain Ethan Bindernagel as its City Manager; and
WHEREAS, Ethan Bindernagel is qualified and willing to serve as the City Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill that Ethan Bindernagel is appointed as City Manager, the Employment Agreement for City Manager Services with Ethan Bindernagel is approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute the attached Employment Agreement for City Manager Services.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 26th day of June, 2023 by the following vote:
