RESOLUTION NO. -23
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL APPROVING A SIDE
LETTER OF AGREEMENT WITH THE MANAGEMENT PAY PLAN GROUP TO ADD THE NEW CLASSIFICATION CITY CLERK.
WHEREAS, representatives of the City and the Management Pay Plan group (“MPP”) tentatively agreed to the City Clerk title and job description; and
WHEREAS, enactment of the proposed side letter would provide a more efficient and streamlined organizational structure; and
WHEREAS, enactment of the proposed side letter would save the City at least $18,960 in salary costs; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill that the City Council does hereby approve and authorize the City Manager to sign Exhibit 1 Side Letter of Agreement – MPP, amending the compensation plan between the City of Pleasant Hill and MPP.
