1 THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL AND TRAFFIC PATTERNS
This Third Amendment to the Agreement for Professional Services between the City of Pleasant Hill and Traffic Patterns is made on __, 2023 by and between the City of Pleasant Hill ("City") and Traffic Patterns ("Consultant").
1. Section 1, Scope of Services, is hereby amended that the Consultant shall furnish the Additional Services as needed as identified in Exhibit A.
2. Section 2, Time of Performance, is hereby amended to correct the completion date to no later than December 31, 2025.
3. Section 3, Compensation, is hereby amended by $65,000 to increase the total not to exceed compensation amount to $290,000.
All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this Third Amendment to the Agreement for Professional Services to be executed on the date first written above.

Thank you for contacting Traffic Patterns to provide the City of Pleasant Hill with on-call traffic engineering and transportation planning services. Traffic Patterns recommends the following services.
1. Scope of Services
The Consultant shall furnish the following services in a professional manner:
Task 1 – Traffic Operations Investigations and Improvements Develop work order improvement details for implementation by City staff. Prepare Capital Improvement Program (CIP) – Plans, Specifications, & Estimates (PS&E) for traffic operations-based projects.
Prepare traffic studies as requested by City staff to provide responses to customer service requests.
Task 2 – Additional Services as Needed
Traffic Patterns will coordinate with City staff on development and management of existing transportation projects and programs. Within this task Traffic Patterns will advise on the development of Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects and other transportation related programs, including project inspection, design development, and design review service. These may include:
