RESOLUTION NO. -24
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL APPROVING A SIDE
LETTER OF AGREEMENT WITH THE MANAGEMENT PAY PLAN GROUP TO ADD THE NEW CLASSIFICATION PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR.
WHEREAS, representatives of the City and the Management Pay Plan group (“MPP”) tentatively agreed to the Public Works Director title and job description; and WHEREAS, enactment of the proposed side letter would provide a more efficient and streamlined organizational structure; and
WHEREAS, enactment of the side letter of agreement will not have a fiscal impact, as it will replace the currently budgeted but vacant Community Development Director/Assistant City Manager position in the budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill that the City Council does hereby approve and authorize the City Manager to sign Exhibit 1 Side Letter of Agreement – MPP, amending the compensation plan between the City of Pleasant Hill and MPP.
