RESOLUTION NO. __-24
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL
DESIGNATING VICE MAYOR SUE NOACK AS A VOTING DELEGATE AT THE LEAGUE OF CALIFORNIA CITIES ANNUAL CONFERENCE FROM OCTOBER 16- 18, 2024, IN LONG BEACH, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the League of California Cities Annual Conference will be held October 16-18, 2024, in Long Beach, California; and
WHEREAS, in order to vote at the Annual Business Meeting scheduled for October 18, 2024, the City Council must designate a voting delegate; and
WHEREAS, Vice Mayor Sue Noack has indicated that she will be attending the conference; and
WHEREAS, in the event the designated voting delegate is unable to serve in that capacity, the City Council may appoint up to two alternate voting delegates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill that Vice Mayor Sue Noack is designated as the voting delegate at the 2024 Annual League of California Cities Conference being held October 16-18, 2024.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill at a regular meeting of the Council held on the 9th day of September, 2024, by the following vote:
