A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH SABLE COMPUTERS, INC. (DBA KIS) FOR ITS SERVICES TO REPLACE THE CITY’S SERVERS
WHEREAS, the existing server infrastructure used by the City requires replacement, in accordance with industry best practices; and
WHEREAS, KIS has earned a good reputation in the industry and has provided the City with a high-quality level of service in various projects in the past; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill authorizes the City Manager to execute an agreement (attached) with KIS for its services to replace the City’s servers in an amount not to exceed $34,000.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill at a regular meeting of the Council held on the 9th day of September, 2024, by the following vote:
