RESOLUTION NO. -24
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL APPROVING SIDE LETTER OF AGREEMENT WITH THE PROFESSIONAL AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES’ ASSOCIATION TO UPDATE THE PACE SALARY SCHEDULE.
WHEREAS, representatives of the City and the Professional and Confidential Employees’ Association (“PACE”) met and conferred over the results of a narrow scope salary survey; and WHEREAS, representatives of the City and PACE tentatively agreed to update the PACE salary schedule; and
WHEREAS, enactment of the proposed side letter would provide market equity salary increases to the following four classifications: Administrative Analyst II, Assistant Engineer, Associate Engineer, and Associate Planner;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill that the City Council does hereby approve and authorize the City Manager to sign Exhibit 1 Side Letter of Agreement, updating the PACE salary schedule.
